The bone is on a stone and it can be difficult to locate without Eagle Eye. Follow the dried-up river and you will eventually reach its end. The fifth dinosaur bone is found under the Oil Derrick that's just south of the "R" in Heartlands on the map. The bone is difficult to spot as it's stuck in the ground, so Eagle Eye is extremely helpful in this case. It's in a spot to the south of the gap between the "R" and "T" in Heartlands on the map, a little to the north of the bend in the road to the south. The fourth dinosaur bone is not too far from the third one.
If you follow the train tracks from the station, you can find the bone by going a little to the north when to the south of the "A" in Heartlands. It's located to the west of Flatneck Station, directly to the south of the "A" in Heartlands on the map. The third dinosaur bone is close to the Lemoyne area like the first two. The bones are found at the edge of the dried up river. It's located to the north of the "L" in Lemoyne on the map, to the west of Dewberry Creek. By heading there, Arthur will witness the dinosaur skeleton recreated in all its glory. The letter is an invitation to her current location, which is close to Cumberland Forest near Valentine.
Once all thirty locations have been revealed, you have to let 24 in-game hours pass, head over to any post office again to receive Deborah's letter.
